She has six years of Financial Accounting and Management experience in various oil and gas companies such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Services.
Passionate about accounting, detail-oriented, efficient and organized, Eliza has been involved in setting up and directing accounting departments, system reviews and implementation, and financial reporting and analysis for public and private corporations and small business.

Ernest Ip is a CA member in Canada with over 10 years experience in merger and acquisitions for publicly listed corporate, as well as small and medium enterprises, providing tax and advisory for the company. He has experience working with private equity firm and bankers for business divestiture and acquisition. He had previously worked with Deloitte for external audit and worked with NGO Company for internal audit.
